About You: Have worked in customer service, precon and/or administrative roles with experience in Framework. A general understanding of construction methods. High attention to detail with strong document control and compliance capability. The Role: The role suits someone who is able to use Framework but is motivated to take a step in a different direction. You will receive training so you can understand residential construction workflows and build sequencing and the day-to-day realities of site-driven priorities. This is a hands-on coordination and administration role that sits at the centre of the construction function and reports into the construction team. Your immediate team will be made up of Supervisors meaning this is a standalone role where you will still be liaising with stakeholders. Role responsibilities include: Trade Allocation and Scheduling Allocate and schedule trades across upcoming and live residential construction projects. Provide trades and suppliers with forward visibility of upcoming work and schedules. Issue trade call-ups and manage confirmations in line with construction programs. Liaise closely with site supervisors and construction managers to manage changes and priorities. Supplier and Trade Management Maintain trade and supplier compliance including insurances, licences, WHS and contractual requirements. Support performance management and continuous improvement of the trade base. Track trade attendance, responsiveness and performance feedback. Construction Administration Support Provide day-to-day administrative support to the building team. Manage job files and construction documentation. Process additional job requests and variations which are in line with internal systems and approvals. Ensure documentation supports compliance, audit requirements and smooth project delivery.
