ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a friendly, professional, and experienced Administration Assistant to join our close-knit team in Parramatta . This role enables you to deliver college services support to current and potential students and administrative support for all college personnel and other customers. The opportunity is permanent , part-time (25 hours a week) onsite position with some flexibility to work remotely. Key responsibilities: Deliver outstanding service to students and stakeholders via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Provide accurate and timely information and advice on applications, enrolments, courses, policies, and student systems. Maintain student records and data in CRM and Student Management Systems in line with procedures. Assist with Learning Management System navigation, use and troubleshooting, escalating issues as required. Support events, meetings, and general office administration, including supplies and facilities coordination. ABOUT YOU The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills and demonstrated ability to interact effectively with current and prospective students and college personnel. Key capabilities: Relevant Business qualification such as Certificate IV or Diploma in Business Administration (desired) or significant demonstrated equivalent relevant experience. Strong customer service skills and experience, preferably in the education sector/student services/student recruitment. Experience with LMS (Moodle), CRMs, and Student Management Systems and learning content editing, or interest in gaining skills – training provided.
