Role Overview The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects within scope, time, and budget while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and framework. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to navigate ambiguity in fast-paced environments. Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Initiation Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk assessments. Establish governance frameworks and ensure compliance with organizational standards. Execution & Delivery Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. Monitor progress against plans, adjusting schedules and resources as needed. Manage dependencies across multiple projects and programs. Manage multiple projects in varying size ranging from 8 weeks to 24 months Preparation and submission of all reporting requirements underpinned by MRI Governance Framework & Implementation methodology Risk & Issue Management Identify potential risks early and develop mitigation strategies. Maintain a risk register and escalate critical issues promptly. Facilitate impact analysis for changes in scope or timelines following standard change control processes. Stakeholder Engagement Communicate effectively with executives, clients, and internal teams. Prepare and present status reports, dashboards, and financial summaries. Maintain and present project forecast to Practice Lead Build strong relationships to ensure stakeholder alignment and satisfaction. Governance & Compliance Ensure adherence to PMO standards, methodologies, and quality assurance processes. Maintain accurate documentation for audits and knowledge transfer. Approve consultant timesheets with attention to detail, ensuring accurate billing and compliance. Leadership & Team Development Mentor junior project managers and team members. Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field. Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) preferred. 3–5 years of experience managing projects in SaaS, technology, or professional services. Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of project methodologies, and project management tools Ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and cost controls. Exceptional written and verbal skills Ability to motivate teams and manage conflict effectively. Analytical thinking for solving complex implementation challenges.
