Your Responsibilities As the Senior Project Officer, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: The Engagement Team, Student Support Branch is looking for an experienced AO6 Senior Project Officer, with a knowledge of schools and an interest in evidence-based programs that support student engagement and learning. This role, in the Statewide Initiatives team, will largely focus on establishing educational intervention programs and where required, infrastructure solutions to improve student education and engagement outcomes. The role may also contribute to other alternative education project priorities including the FlexiSpace and Link and Launch initiatives. The successful candidate will be required to work closely and collaboratively with schools, regions and the department's Infrastructure Branch. The Senior Project Officer will be responsible for supporting program delivery through monitoring and reporting, identifying risks, analysing outcomes, preparing briefs, responding to correspondence, contributing to submissions and advising senior officers on program status.
