We’re looking for a skilled and passionate People & Culture Officer to join our passionate HR team in Robina QLD, who brings strong HR foundations, a caring approach, and a genuine passion for the disability sector. This is a hands-on, end-to-end role supporting employees from recruitment through to exit , while partnering closely with leaders to deliver compliant, people-centred outcomes. What You’ll Bring to UDC Must-Have Skills & Experience: Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding Strong understanding of basic HR processes and the employee lifecycle Confidence supporting leaders with performance management, complaints, assisting with internal investigations, and HR documentation Working knowledge of SCHADS Award , National Employment Standards and Fair Work guidelines High attention to detail and accuracy across compliance, records, and reporting Excellent written and verbal communication skills , including minute taking Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to handle sensitive matters with empathy and professionalism Confidence using HRIS, recruitment and rostering systems , alongside Microsoft platforms A genuine passion for people, culture and the disability/NDIS sector Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience working within the NDIS or disability sector Knowledge of NDIS worker compliance requirements Exposure to WHS and return-to-work programs Experience supporting or leading continuous improvement initiatives Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or Business Why Join UDC?
