We’re now looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join our Gold Coast team and support the successful delivery of a $15M education project. This onsite role will see you working closely with our project team, taking ownership of commercial responsibilities, contract administration, and key project coordination to keep everything running smoothly and on schedule. Key Responsibilities Administer contracts in line with project, commercial and legal requirements Manage variations, claims, procurement and subcontractor engagement Provide cost control support, including forecasting, budgeting and reporting Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to keep the project moving Maintain contract compliance and proactively manage project timelines and risks What You’ll Bring 5 years’ experience as a Contracts Administrator in commercial construction (education experience a bonus) Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or a related field (preferred) Strong commercial and financial acumen with a solid understanding of contract management Experience with Jobpac or similar project management / financial systems (advantageous) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills A positive, proactive approach and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes Why Choose Wiley?
