ABOUT THE ROLE This Employee Relations Specialist/HR BP role plays a critical part in supporting a diverse operational portfolio. Partnering closely with senior leaders (with guidance from a Senior People Partner), you’ll drive people initiatives, uplift performance and mitigate risk across a high-energy environment. From ER advisory to embedding group-wide strategies, your work will directly influence culture, compliance and employee experience across the business.
