THE ROLE: We are looking for an experienced Account Manager who can manage relationships with existing SME customers to ensuring growth opportunities are maximised whilst also ensuring high customer satisfaction levels. Some of your key responsibilities in this role will include (but not limited to): Achieve company sales targets by servicing existing accounts, recognising new opportunities and ensuring pre-eminence of FleetPartners brand and value proposition in the marketplace. Provide regular updates to the team on market trends and insights from customer feedback and competitor analysis Maintain a regular visitation program with your customer base with appropriate levels of focus on building multi-level relationships in conjunction with the Relationship Manager and Senior Managers. Deliver strategic and quarterly business reviews on schedule, providing recommendations to reduce costs and optimise the customer’s fleet operations Showing consistent high levels of customer service to meet customer expectations on continuous basis ABOUT YOU: You are an experienced Account Manager or customer-focused professional with exposure to the fleet management or leasing industry. You excel at driving customer outcomes, building strong relationships, and communicating effectively across all levels. To be successful in this role you will have: Minimum 2 years’ experience in Account Management or customer service-focused roles Fleet management or leasing industry experience Proven ability to deliver customer-focused results Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders THE PERKS: We offer more than just a role: 27 days of annual leave per year.
