Your skills and experience Sales: Demonstrated success in sales and account growth, with experience identifying and developing new business opportunities - ideally within cosmeceutical skincare, professional beauty or aesthetic devices Education: Diploma in beauty therapy, providing strong industry credibility and the ability to engage confidently with clinic owners and practitioners Support: Proven capability in coaching, supporting business growth and building trusted industry relationships Communication: Confident public speaking and training skills, with a positive, solutions-focused approach Travel: Willingness to travel throughout Victoria, with access to a reliable vehicle Systems: Comfortable using Excel, cloud-based CRMs and Zoom to manage accounts effectively.
