We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established, high-energy local pub in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs. The venue is known for a strong local following, food and drink, and a busy trading rhythm across the week. The role As Gaming Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day running of the gaming area, lead and develop the gaming team, and ensure operations are compliant, welcoming, and commercially sharp. What you'll be doing Oversee daily gaming operations, service standards, and team performance Roster, train, coach and lead gaming attendants Ensure compliance with NSW gaming requirements, responsible gambling practices, and venue procedures Manage incidents, patron issues, exclusions, and reporting with a calm, professional approach Drive performance through presentation, engagement, promos, and KPI management Liaise with technicians and suppliers to keep machines, floor and signage in top shape Work closely with venue leadership across duty management style priorities when needed What we're looking for Proven experience as a Gaming Manager or senior gaming supervisor in a busy NSW pub club environment Current RSA and RCG (or ability to obtain immediately) Strong leadership skills and confidence running shifts end to end Great customer presence with the ability to handle tricky situations respectfully Solid admin capability: reporting, compliance checks, rostering, and stock controls Availability across a rotating roster including nights and weekends (pub trades late) Why this one's worth a look Busy venue with consistent trade and a strong "local" vibe Supportive team environment with room to make the gaming area your own Competitive salary package aligned to experience
