We are seeking an experienced Management Accountant to support the financial performance of the Laverton branch and allocated sites. This role is responsible for accurate reporting, compliance, budgeting, and operational support, partnering closely with payroll, auditors, and senior leadership to ensure effective financial management and business success. Description Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports, and balance sheet reconciliations. Manage BAS lodgements, FBT reporting, and income tax returns. Coordinate monthly stocktakes, review variances, and finalise results. Assist with cash flow management, budgeting, and forecasting. Maintain fixed asset registers and support payroll accuracy. Partner with operations to ensure financial integrity and implement process improvements. Support the Financial Controller and General Manager with reporting and ad hoc projects. Profile A successful Management Accountant should have: CA/CPA qualified with 5 years' experience in management or financial accounting. Background in manufacturing or similar environments preferred. Strong knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards, tax compliance, and reconciliations. Experience in stock management and variance analysis. Advanced Excel skills; Pronto experience advantageous. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate across departments.
