Integration Lead – Major Infrastructure Project (VIC) A leading Tier 1 infrastructure delivery organisation is seeking an experienced Integration Lead to support a high-profile freight and logistics development in Melbourne’s west. This role is ideal for an engineering professional who thrives in complex, multidisciplinary environments and enjoys driving cohesion across multiple project streams. About the Role You will be responsible for guiding the integration of civil, rail, structural, electrical, communications and operational systems to ensure the project functions as a unified whole. This includes overseeing interface management, operational readiness plans, asset handover frameworks, and ensuring all technical elements align with project and contractual requirements. You will work closely with engineering teams, delivery partners, subcontractors, and government stakeholders to proactively identify risks, resolve interface challenges, and maintain clear communication across all project disciplines.
