️ CNC Operator/Programmer (MultiCAM) - Temp to Perm Location: Williamstown Start Date: January Role Type: Temp-to-Perm (Full-Time Hours) A well-established commercial joinery company in Williamstown is seeking an experienced CNC Operator with strong MultiCAM skills. This temp-to-perm role offers stability, full-time hours and the chance to join a high-quality production team long term. About the Role: Operating CNC machinery (MultiCAM preferred) for commercial joinery production Programming and editing CNC files (MultiCAM / EnRoute or similar) Cutting, routing and machining timber, MDF, plywood and composite materials Reading and interpreting drawings, cut lists and production schedules Performing machine setup, tooling changes and basic maintenance We're Looking For: Experience operating MultiCAM CNC machines (highly desired) CNC programming experience -ability to create, adjust or troubleshoot programs Candidates with joinery or metal CNC machining backgrounds encouraged to apply Strong attention to detail, accuracy and problem-solving ability Reliable, proactive and able to work independently Full Australian work rights What's on Offer: Temp-to-perm pathway with a reputable commercial joiner Consistent full-time hours Supportive workshop team and well-maintained equipment Start date in January If you're a capable CNC operator with programming skills and looking for a long-term opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.
