As part of this expansion, we are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee commercial, contractual, and procurement functions across complex construction and engineering packages in Melbourne’s west. About the Opportunity This role leads all contract management activity from tendering through to project delivery. You’ll guide commercial strategy, manage subcontract procurement, negotiate terms, monitor cost performance, and ensure contract compliance across multiple work packages. This position suits someone who thrives in a structured yet fast-moving environment, with strong commercial judgement and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
