Domino’s is looking for a detail-driven, performance-focused eCommerce Specialist to join their high-performing marketing team at HQ in Brisbane. You’ll play a pivotal role in optimising online ordering across Domino’s own platforms and third-party apps like Uber Eats. Working closely with the ANZ eCommerce Manager, you’ll manage campaign execution, merchandising, and ongoing UX improvements that boost sales and keep customers coming back. From A/B testing to aggregator optimisation, this is a hands-on, growth-focused role with a clear path for career progression inside a global ASX100-listed company. What you’ll do Deliver and optimise digital campaigns across web, mobile app and aggregator platforms Ensure digital platforms are updated with the latest content, offers and product listings Run A/B testing to improve conversion and customer experience Collaborate with creative, brand and product teams to ensure smooth campaign rollouts Monitor competitor platforms to stay ahead of digital and industry trends Help implement a roadmap of continuous improvement across eCommerce channels Support advertising strategy on third-party delivery platforms Use data tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI) to uncover insights and recommend changes What you’ll need 1 to 3 years in eCommerce, digital marketing or online campaign roles Experience with CMS, analytics, merchandising or MarTech tools Familiarity with A/B testing and performance tracking Strong attention to detail, especially when executing across multiple platforms Comfort working in a fast-paced, agile environment with lots of cross-functional collaboration Bonus points for aggregator platform experience Why join Domino’s?
