Why this role matters The Events Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering high-quality internal and external events that support the firm’s brand, culture, client experience, and strategic priorities. This role ensures all events are executed professionally and efficiently, creating memorable experiences for clients, staff, and stakeholders. The role requires strong organisational ability, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. What you’ll do Assist in planning and delivering a calendar of events including client functions, seminars, workshops, networking events, staff events, and corporate hospitality. Coordinate internal staff events such as celebrations, Firm Updates, social activities, recognition events and cultural initiatives. Coordinate event logistics including venue/room bookings, catering, AV requirements, run sheets, set-ups and pack-downs. Maintain up-to-date event calendars, budgets, attendance data and documentation. Ensure branding is applied consistently across all event materials. Support the Marketing team with relevant tasks as required Desired Skills and Experience What you’ll bring 2–3 years’ experience in events coordination, administration, hospitality, marketing or a related field (professional services desirable but not essential). Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality experiences. A creative approach to event design, engagement and experience Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across divisions and with external suppliers.
