Description Why this role matters The Marketing Manager plays a critical role in shaping how we show up in the market; through strategic campaigns, strong digital presence, meaningful content and brand-aligned communication. This role influences senior stakeholders, leads firmwide marketing initiatives, and positions Vincents as a trusted, insight-led professional services firm. Balancing strategy with hands-on delivery, the Marketing Manager will ensure the brand continues to grow, evolve, and support the firm’s commercial, people and client priorities What you’ll do Develop and implement a firmwide marketing strategy aligned with business priorities. Lead annual marketing planning, ensuring initiatives are measurable, targeted and commercially impactful. Build strong relationships with Partners to understand their priorities and craft tailored marketing approaches. Oversee content creation across channels (digital, social, events, thought leadership, collateral). Lead and develop a small marketing team, fostering a high-performance, collaborative and innovative culture. What you’ll bring 5 years’ experience in marketing roles, ideally within professional services, B2B, or related industries. Demonstrated ability to influence and work effectively with senior leaders. Experience leading a small team and managing external suppliers. Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or similar discipline.
