What You’ll Be Doing Supporting the Buyer across sourcing, product development, range coordination and day-to-day supplier communication. Maintaining accurate product and supplier data, including pricing, lead times, specifications and documentation. Preparing reports and insights including sales & stock summaries, replenishment recommendations and supplier performance snapshots. Managing purchase order activity, tracking deliveries and following up with suppliers to ensure timelines are met. Assisting with the setup of new products, code creation, range maintenance and updates across internal systems. Collaborating with planning, marketing and retail teams to support product launches, promotions and campaign readiness. Helping identify stock opportunities and risks, supporting strategies for replenishment, reallocation or exit of underperforming lines. Providing general coordination and administrative support to ensure the buying function operates smoothly and efficiently. Who We’re Looking For You’re organised, commercially curious and excited about the idea of shaping product ranges. You communicate clearly, build strong relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment. This role suits someone who is: An existing Buyers Assistant looking to broaden category or brand experience, or A strong Buying Administrator ready to step into a more impactful role. Confident working with data, systems and spreadsheets. Comfortable managing multiple deadlines and shifting priorities. Naturally collaborative, proactive and eager to learn. Able to work with suppliers, understand buying processes and contribute ideas that support range success.
