About the Role We’re looking for a Digital Performance Lead to act as the second-in-command to the Digital Performance Manager. This is a unique opportunity for a skilled digital professional to take the next step in their career, working across our website, SEO, paid media, social, CRM (HubSpot & Salesforce), marketing automation, and personalisation platforms. In this role, you will: Lead audits, performance optimisation, and data-driven improvements across the digital ecosystem. Manage CRO programs, A/B tests, UX enhancements, and lead-generation initiatives. Support digital strategy, governance, and operational excellence in partnership with the Digital Performance Manager. Collaborate with marketing, ICT, service teams, and external agencies to deliver integrated campaigns. Provide guidance and mentoring to team members, helping build capability across digital channels. Success in this role is measured by increased engagement, lead generation, conversions, operational efficiency, and collaboration effectiveness. This is an ideal role for a confident digital all-rounder who thrives on end-to-end optimisation and wants to grow into a future leadership role. Key Responsibilities Optimise digital channels including website, SEO, paid media, social, email, CRM, and marketing automation. Lead continuous improvement programs, including CRO, A/B testing, UX and content optimisation. Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting across GA4, HubSpot, Salesforce, and Looker Studio. Develop actionable dashboards and reports to inform marketing, sales, and leadership decisions. Monitor financial performance, cost efficiency, and ROI across digital campaigns. Support team leadership, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing within the Digital Performance Team. Ensure all digital activities comply with Australian privacy, data governance, and accessibility standards. Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency in HubSpot CMS, Marketing Hub, GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, WordPress, Shopify, and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred). Strong understanding of CRO, UX, A/B testing, and SEO best practices. Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and web performance optimisation. Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field. Relevant certifications (GA4, HubSpot, Google Ads, Meta Blueprint) highly desirable. Experience: Proven experience managing multi-channel digital performance across paid, organic, website, and CRM platforms. Track record of improving digital engagement, lead generation, and conversion. Experience delivering CRO programs, UX improvements, or A/B testing initiatives. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners. Exposure to project leadership, mentoring, or supporting digital strategy is highly desirable.
