What you’ll be doing Reporting to the Head of Field Marketing you’ll be responsible for: Event Strategy, Planning & Execution Plan, coordinate, and execute owned, partner, and sponsored events across in-person and virtual formats - including trade shows, conferences, webinars, roundtables, and product launches. Develop and execute on all marketing deliverables for in-person and virtual events. Develop structured event plans with clear objectives, timelines, budgets and KPIs to ensure every event contributes to brand and demand-generation goals. Manage all pre-event preparation, run sheets, briefing documents, staffing plans, and onsite execution. Sponsorship Management & Fulfilment Act as the primary point of contact for all marketing & event sponsorships. Own end-to-end sponsorship fulfilment, ensuring contract inclusions (branding, speaking spots, content, digital placements, deadlines, reporting) are delivered on time and to standard. Build strong relationships with industry bodies, event organisers, and sponsorship partners, ensuring Reapit is represented with professionalism. Evaluate sponsorship performance, ROI, and future opportunities, making proactive recommendations to improve impact and effectiveness Brand, Content & Experience Delivery Develop and maintain all event collateral including email marketing, landing pages, sales enablement, signage, social content, and post-event nurture activities. Build marketing content and messaging for offline and online digital event promotion and campaign enablement. Ensure every event reflects the Reapit brand and delivers a cohesive, high-quality customer and partner experience. Champion experience-led event design, continually seeking ways to elevate our brand and engagement. Operations & Process Ownership Maintain accurate event calendars, budgets and reporting. Own day-to-day event operations with a proactive mindset, constantly identifying improvements, inefficiencies, and opportunities to simplify process. Ensure teams are appropriately briefed, equipped, and aligned to event objectives. Demand Generation & Performance Tracking Partner with the wider marketing and sales teams to define event KPIs, lead capture processes and post-event follow-up programs that drive pipeline and customer engagement. Support the wider marketing team with campaign execution across email and social channels. Manage social media accounts (Meta & LinkedIn) for Reapit in ANZ including organic channel engagement. Analyse event and sponsorship performance to identify insights, trends, and recommendations for continuous optimisation. Employ a ‘Test and Learn’ methodology to experiment, measure impact, and scale what works. Cross-Functional & Stakeholder Management Foster strong partnerships with senior leaders, sales teams, product, customer success, and external stakeholders to co-create impactful event programs. Support high-value customer and partner engagements through tailored event experiences aligned to commercial priorities and shared growth objectives. Represent the marketing function with clarity, organisation, and a solutions-oriented approach. Qualifications: BSc/BA in Marketing, Communications, Events or similar field. Digital industry training, certificates highly regarded (e.g. Hubspot Marketing Academy, Google Academy, etc). CRM knowledge including Salesforce. Email marketing software knowledge (e.g. Hubspot, Marketo, Pardot, Marketing Cloud, Campaign Monitor). Knowledge & Experience: Experience in coordinating events for trade shows, round tables, conferences, webinars. Available to travel interstate to co-ordinate in-person events where required. Experience managing social media accounts and executing on social media strategies delivering improved growth and engagement results. Experience using digital marketing tools like Adobe Creative Cloud, Google Analytics, Buffer etc. Experience using data analysis and visualisation tools such as data studio, excel, sheets, etc. Excellent communications skills to senior leadership and a variety of technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to think conceptually and analytically on problems and issues, identify and present recommendations in a simple and compelling manner. Working in an agile business environment. An understanding of, or experience in marketing SaaS products. Knowledge of the property management business. Keen understanding of SEO and how content marketing across multiple channels plays. What your impact and success looks like We expect your success and impact in the early stages of your career with us to look something like this: Within 1 month: Understand each department and how they partner with Marketing. Formed strong working relationships with key stakeholders across Sales, Product, Account Management and Leadership. Reviewed historical owned and sponsored events, sponsorship agreements, processes, and collateral to understand what has (and hasn’t) worked. Developed foundational knowledge of our brand, event strategy and sponsorship commitments for the year. Within 3 months: Begun executing the event plan and managing the day-to-day fulfilment of sponsorship requirements with confidence and reliability. Identified key gaps in our current ways of working for both in-person and virtual events. Developed key industry relationships with vendors, suppliers and event stakeholders across ANZ, with knowledge of event spaces that best support the event strategy and positioning of Reapit. Within 6 months: Executing on the event & sponsorship strategy for Reapit ANZ both in-person and virtual with reported impact on brand, experience and business objectives. Planned, coordinated and attended Reapit owned and/or sponsored events end-to-end. You are deeply embedded into the Reapit ANZ business, operating as the go-to person for events and sponsorships in ANZ.
