As a Sales Planning & Segmentation Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our commercial strategy. Your mission? Translate enterprise revenue goals into clear, measurable sales targets and segmentation frameworks that set our teams up for success. You’ll work closely with Finance, Sales Leadership, and Performance teams to ensure every target is accurate, every territory is aligned, and every decision is backed by data. What you’ll do Own the target-setting process: turn big-picture budgets into actionable team goals Design and maintain segmentation models that reflect strategy and drive coverage Partner with Finance to validate targets and reconcile with actuals Collaborate with Sales Incentive teams to ensure targets align with performance programs Provide clean, accurate data for dashboards, reporting, and analytics Support quarterly reviews and future-state systemisation in Salesforce and BI tools What you’ll bring Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI, Salesforce, or similar tools. Strong analytical mindset: comfortable managing complex datasets and building models. Knowledge of customer segmentation, territory design, and performance metrics. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented with a passion for process governance.
