We’re seeking a driven Sales Representative to join a growing commercial interiors / shopfitting sales team in Sydney. This is a B2B role focused on profitable sales, long-term client relationships, and consistent new business growth in a fast-moving, project-led environment. You’ll be the key contact for your customer portfolio — building trust, managing expectations, and ensuring opportunities are followed through from early conversations to tender and project handover. Success in this role comes from strong pipeline discipline, clear communication, and the ability to work closely with internal teams to deliver what’s been sold. Key responsibilities Build and maintain strong rapport with existing customers and new prospects Identify and develop profitable new business opportunities aligned to strategy Grow sales across an established customer base through repeat and expanded work Own and manage an active sales pipeline, including reporting and opportunity tracking Develop weekly call plans and maintain agreed activity / call ratios Support tender processes by completing tender data sheets and coordinating with estimating Provide market and competitor insight to support commercial decisions Ensure internal teams are kept informed of project timeframes, changes, and customer feedback Contribute to budgeting and forecasting, and explain variance against targets Prepare accurate monthly sales reports on time Assist with follow-up on outstanding debt when required Work collaboratively across the business with customer service, estimating, operations and finance Maintain a strong safety, compliance, and professional conduct mindset on every project What we’re looking for Minimum 2 years’ B2B sales experience , ideally in a project-based industry (fitout, interiors, construction, or similar) Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders Confident presenting, pitching, and communicating clearly with customers Structured and reliable approach to pipeline management and follow-up Self-driven, positive, and accountable — comfortable owning your patch Solid computer literacy and Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) If you want a Sydney sales role where you can grow a portfolio, win new work, and be part of a project-driven industry with real outcomes — apply now or email me at avarga@leadgrp.com.au for a confidential chat!
