Drive sales growth, strengthen distributor relationships, and support resellers with technical hydraulic solutions. Role Overview Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will manage and expand the NSW hydraulic reseller base. The role is field-focused, providing technical product support, identifying new reseller opportunities, and driving sales across hydraulic components and systems. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow existing hydraulic resellers across NSW Identify and secure new reseller partners Provide technical support on hydraulic components (pumps, valves, cylinders, power units, hoses, fittings) Assist resellers with product selection, troubleshooting, and system recommendations Execute regional sales strategies aligned with national objectives Provide market feedback on competitor activity and customer needs Candidate Profile Must have experience in hydraulics or fluid power distribution Strong technical understanding of hydraulic products Confident communicator with solid relationship-building skills Self-driven and comfortable working on the road Culture & Benefits This is more than a sales role, it's an opportunity to own and shape a territory.
