Our Advice (M&A) business unit brings together all customer-facing teams with the ambition to deliver a consistently high-quality end-to-end service and advice experience The Role As an Advice Assurance Consultant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the advice and information provided to our members and clients meet regulatory obligations and are appropriate for them. You will be responsible for executing a robust Monitoring and Supervision (M&S) program, reviewing client files, observing meetings, and assessing the quality of interactions. Your insights will help maintain and improve the quality of advice and information provided, ensuring that UniSuper is well-positioned to achieve satisfactory internal and external review findings Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain policies, processes, and tools that underpin a quality M&S program. Record outcomes of M&S activities and identify further requirements based on observed outcomes. Share insights and reports on the performance of individual advisers and teams. Collaborate with advisers and stakeholders to maintain high standards in the financial planning environment. Prepare and conduct training sessions to improve the overall quality of advice and adherence to standards About You You are passionate about delivering high-quality advice and have a sound understanding of both general and personal advice. You thrive in a collaborative environment and have excellent stakeholder management skills. Your experience in financial planning, compliance, and risk consulting, along with your ability to interpret financial planning laws and regulations, will be key to your success in this role Key Criteria Experience in financial planning as an Adviser, Compliance and Risk Consultant, or Paraplanner. Detailed understanding of relevant obligations and their application. Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills. Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders.
