Job Description We are looking for a Finance Analyst to assist in the accounting and finance needs of the atWork Australia division of MedHealth. This role will suit someone who has previous experience in FP&A and has demonstrated experience in month-end processes, P&L statement management and other ad-hoc financial responsibilities across a large organisation (1000). Role Reporting directly to the Finance and Business Analyst, you will form part of a team that is responsible for month-end, P&L creation/review, data validation. Specifically, you will be responsible for: Work with key stakeholders to develop collaborative working relationship that will assist to achieve the commercial KPI’s of the division. Provide commercial and finance training to Key Stakeholders as required. Work with Finance team members to ensure the accurate and timely recording of transactions in line with Group policy and Australian Accounting Standards. Providing of and review of P&Ls at months end. Prepare budgets and forecasts in line with Group timetable. Respond to queries in timely manner according to requirements. Foster a team environment that always maintains an internal customer focus and a commitment to deliver service excellence. Perform all tasks in accordance with the Quality Management System. Actively identify and contribute to opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement. Additional hours as required by the business.
