We’re seeking a Finance & Contracts Executive to support the success of our Victorian Residential business. This role partners closely with the Operations Manager, Managing Director and our Corporate Finance team in Sydney to deliver exceptional financial and contract administration support. Key Responsibilities: Manage all invoicing processes, including sales commission invoices, fee splits, marketing invoices and SOX compliance. Act as a proactive financial problem-solver, supporting finance and contract-related queries and collaborating closely with Corporate Finance. Prepare financial insights and forecasts, including weekly revenue reporting, monthly forecasts and settlement forecasts for the Managing Director. Review financial reports, including monthly P&L, Marketing Reports and Commission Statements, ensuring accuracy and clarity for the leadership team. Oversee debtor management, including reviewing debtor reports and following up with clients to ensure timely payments.
