We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and dedicated Contact Officer to join our team, supporting a broad range of clients through complex challenges as they undertake their Australian Apprenticeship. This is a full-time opportunity, with the successful candidate splitting their time between our shared working spaces and home office. The successful applicants will be supporting our Australian Apprentices and Employers across QLD. Mas National are an Apprentice Connect Provider and are contracted by the Australian Government Department of Employment and Workplace Relations (DEWR) to deliver Australian Apprenticeship Support Services (AASS) services across QLD, NSW, ACT, SA and TAS. Our knowledgeable and passionate team support employers, stakeholders and individuals from pre-commencement through to completion of an apprenticeship or traineeship. About the Role Contact Officers play a very important role in the management of Australian Apprentices by promoting pathways to meet Australian workforce development needs. As a Contact Officer your key responsibility will be conducting monitoring contact visits with Australian Apprentices ensuring that the apprenticeship is on track and progressing. Contact Officers will refer into additional support services where required. These autonomous positions are exceptionally rewarding and includes a company, phone and laptop. Key Responsibilities: Performing contact visits to Australian Apprentices in line with Apprentice Contact Provider requirements Identify and refer Australian Apprentices who would benefit from Mas's mentoring program Apply a high level of detail and accuracy to work to ensure quality outcomes. Develop and maintain strong industry links and stakeholder engagement To be successful in this role, you will need: An understanding of the Australian Apprenticeship system and VET sector (highly desirable) Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships Proven experience in providing high levels of customer service to clients Highly motivated and outcome focused Strong time management and organisational skills Strong Microsoft office skillset Current and valid driver's license Applicants must be eligible to work in Australia.
