Join the vibrant and integral Griffith Advancement team and play an important role building on a strong foundation of alumni engagement and supporting programs that facilitate meaningful alumni engagement. The role works with the Senior Manager, Alumni Engagement in the delivery of bespoke alumni engagement programs such as outstanding alumni awards programs, professional development webinars and other programs as required/designed. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Contribute to the delivery of a program of activities, events, and processes to grow the University’s active engagement with its local, national and international Alumni. Coordinate mechanisms to track performance and value realisation on investment in program delivery, and work to ensure best quality up to date records of Griffith alumni and their interactions with the University. About you The successful candidate will hold a relevant degree with relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training. You will also demonstrate: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across diverse stakeholders and contexts. Proficiency in database and CRM systems, with strong competency in the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Organisation skills, with a proven ability to manage competing priorities, coordinate logistics, and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments. Strong event management capabilities, including planning, coordinating, and executing events with attention to detail and stakeholder satisfaction. Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all aspects of work. A flexible approach to changing demands and a willingness to take on varied tasks. What we can offer This is a fixed term (until October 2026), full-time position and will be primarily based at Griffith University Brisbane South (Nathan) or Gold Coast, with work from home options available. As Griffith is a multi-site University you may be required to work across other locations. Griffith University’s campuses are located on the lands of the Yugarabul, Yuggera, Jagera, Turrbal, Yugambeh and Kombumerri peoples. Salary Range The full-time base salary for a HEW Level 5 is in the range $79,705 - $89,416 per annum, plus 17% employer superannuation. The total package is in the range $93,255 - $104,617 per annum.
