What You’ll Be Doing Supporting the Buyer with day-to-day administration across orders, product details, supplier communication and timelines. Tracking purchase orders, delivery dates and product movements to ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time. Assisting with reporting, product performance insights, and range preparation. Helping maintain product information, pricing and supplier data with accuracy and attention to detail. Coordinating samples, mock-room layouts and ensuring ranges are represented correctly. Providing general administrative support that keeps the Buying function running smoothly and efficiently. This role suits someone who is: Newly graduated in fashion, business, design or similar… and ready to step into a commercial buying environment. OR already a Buyers Admin looking for a new product category or a brand with more career progression. Comfortable navigating Excel and confident learning new systems. Naturally organised with strong attention to detail. A clear communicator who enjoys supplier interaction, problem-solving and keeping things moving. Curious, eager to learn and excited by the idea of growing with the brand.
