About the role As the Manager of Enterprise Platforms and Business Systems Delivery, you'll play a key role in driving innovation and managing critical digital platforms to support organisational and customer service outcomes. Reporting to the Chief Information Officer / Director, Information and Technology, you will: Lead the design and implementation of enterprise platforms aligned with business objectives. Manage critical digital platforms underpinned by Salesforce and Mulesoft, to enhance customer experiences. Lead the development of digital products and continuous improvement delivery using agile principles. Lead projects related to the development and enhancement of digital platforms to enhance staff, sector partners, and the customer experience. Manage the external vendor relationships with our Managed Service Provider and platform related vendors.
