Your contribution Work with internal stakeholders to gather and prioritise requirements and communicate progress and product changes to stakeholders. Work with stakeholders to lead the definition and prioritisation of the product backlog, ensuring that it aligns with the business goals and meets the needs of the ECQ and its stakeholders. Collaborate with the development team to ensure that the product backlog is properly and continually refined and re-estimated to reflect emergent risks and needs, communicating changes, and seeking re-approval as required. Ensure that developers, maintainers, system owners and key stakeholders are aligned on the product vision, and immediate, medium- and longer-term goals. Through collaboration with system users, maintainers, and technical specialists, provide guidance and direction to the development team, answering questions, and providing feedback throughout the development process. Manage and communicate product changes, User Acceptance Testing and release plans, including coordinating release schedules and ensuring that all necessary documentation and training materials are available, in accordance with ECQ's Change Management Framework. Re-prioritise individual sprints to manage emergent risks while staying within approved scope. Continuously gather and analyse feedback from internal ECQ teams and stakeholders and make recommendations to modify product backlog and development processes and priorities as appropriate. Manage and monitor developer output, defect rates and other metrics, provide regular reports and implement appropriate improvements to ensure optimal value to the ECQ. * Work within the organisations change management framework and be an advocate of the internal change process.
