What you will be doing:- Manage operational planning and service delivery to achieve business outcomes in accordance to Service level Agreement.- Provide leadership, guidance and technical coaching and mentoring to the team and development staff.- Design, Develop and administer business application databases including Windows scripting programming tasks.- Maintain and optimise database performance and security by fault diagnosis, tuning, monitoring and managing capacity.- Provide technical advice on complex support and system design issues pertaining to the database environment.- Monitor recent industry development and trends, and assist in the evaluation of new technology.- Assist with the database development of standards, procedures and policies in compliant to HPW's enterprise architecture.- Perform out-of-hours and on-call database administration work as required.Applications to remain current for 12 months.
