Location You will be based at our plant in Tumbarumba, NSW. Your Next Role Due to growth within our business Hyne are offering exciting opportunities to grow, develop and learn as a Treatment Process Operator at our Tumbarumba Mill. In this role you will be supported with training on the operation of various parts of our business and be shown our processes and procedures to create a high-quality timber product. All our people go home in the same condition they came to work; safety before production. Our internal customers’ needs are met each and every time. Improve the functionality and performance of the manufacturing facility, within your limits. Troubleshoot any problems with the faciality’s equipment and instruments to maintain safe operation Maintain a high level of housekeeping throughout the area of responsibility using pro-active practices. Use technology within the operational area to its optimum potential to achieve production levels that meet and exceed business requirements. About you Demonstrated experience in service delivery, planning and customer relations Ability to work both as part of a team and autonomously is essential A desire to learn and a high level of enthusiasm to develop new skills. Self-motivated and keen to provide new solutions and ideas that improve our operations. A high commitment to safety, quality, and attention to detail.
