The Role A great opportunity has become available for a motivated, people-focused Site Operations Manager to lead its NSW warehouse and production facility. Reporting to the Head of Operations, this role combines hands-on leadership with strategic planning, working closely with team leaders to drive operational efficiency, staff engagement, and consistent KPI performance. The successful candidate will play a key role in keeping production running smoothly while shaping a positive, high-performing team culture. This role is located in Leeton, NSW. Key responsibilities include: Lead daily site operations, ensuring efficiency and performance targets are met. Collaborate with team leaders to manage workflows, achieve daily goals, and support staff development. Maintain clear communication and a strong meeting cadence across all departments. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement Lean processes. Oversee inventory control and support the smooth flow of orders through production. Ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and housekeeping standards. Assist with staffing, including hiring, onboarding, and performance management. Step in wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly. Foster a positive, engaged team culture through initiatives such as monthly BBQs and staff activities.
