With over 25 years experience in the construction industry, Sydney Piling has built a reputation as the piling and full basement package specialists in Sydney - from home extensions to new residential builds and large commercial buildings. About the role You'll play an important role keeping sales organised and accurate, maintaining data in our CRM, producing sales reports & booking meetings for our Sales and Operations Directors. Building steady contacts with engineers, architects and geotechs, you'll follow up on lost jobs and support targeted campaigns to past and potential clients. Your work helps the team act on facts, not guesses! Key areas of responsibility include: Lead Follow-Up & Prospecting - track CRM activity, engage warm leads & research & qualify new opportunities; build clean contact lists & align with Sales Director to report on priority areas. Sales Data & Reporting - maintain CRM, build reports in Google Sheets & track pipeline, win rates & followup, turning data into actions CRM & Process - maintain CRM & contacts, including tags, segments & templates, suggest ongoing process improvements Client & Partner Outreach - followup lost jobs, maintain referral contacts & touch-points & track outcomes; highlight trends & propose changes Scheduling & Coordination - coordinate & book meetings that progress deals & relationships, hold key dates for Directors & clients, prepare meeting briefings Marketing Support - Run targeted email campaigns to past clients & key partners to drive call-backs, assist with referrals & quote requests, prepare feedback & improvement suggestions What are we looking for Must-haves Organised, reliable, good with follow ups & taking initiative Problem-solver who enjoys tidy data and clear processes Eager to learn with ability to pick up new systems & document learning Plain, confident communicator Strong admin experience Comfortable in Google Sheets (we’ll teach the rest) Continuous improvement mindset & confidence sharing clear, practical ideas with the team Steady, friendly demeanour who supports others and doesn’t take things personally Nice to have: Experience with a CRM (Pipedrive or similar) beneficial Basic email marketing Light data cleansing (CSV imports/exports, de-duplicate) Exposure to construction or professional services ideal Why join us Great team atmosphere - enjoy coming to work again!
