We’re looking for a detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to support our construction projects from contract signing through to invoicing. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values accuracy, and enjoys building strong stakeholder relationships. About The Role As a Contracts Administrator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth project delivery by: Preparing and administering building contracts and associated documentation. Managing job files and maintaining accurate project details. Coordinating with Site Supervisors and Project Managers on permits and variations. Communicating effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams. Supporting financial processes including invoicing, progress claims, and reconciliations. What We’re Looking For Previous experience in a similar role within construction/insurance is highly desirable. Strong understanding of domestic/commercial insurance processes is an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with workflow systems is a plus. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet strict KPIs. Customer-focused approach and strong communication skills. Ability to learn new IT systems quickly and adapt to changing priorities. Why Join Us?
