The Team Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that KPI's set by sgfleet and our clients are met or exceeded as required. Key Accountabilities Provide guidance, instruction, training and leadership to the team for the purpose of achieving key results. This includes assisting with the day to day running of the team and be the first point of escalation. Identify knowledge gaps in team and assist with their development where required Monitor the performance of team members and ensure adherence to established standards and procedures Effectively manage conflict and complaints in a proactive and constructive manner and implement process changes as required Promote and maintain an environment with focus on the ongoing development of team members by providing leadership, coaching, training & mentoring Monitor call queues and customer activity through all system channels to ensure optimal service levels and appropriate work allocation for Fleet Services Promote and sustain an environment within the Team that encourages individual excellence within a co-operative, team-based structure Liaise with external stakeholders as required (suppliers and authorities) in a professional manner in order to facilitate the processes of Fleet Services and build relationships Experience and Skills Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire a high-performance team Customer Service focused Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written Ability to analyse and streamline processes Strong organisational and prioritisation skills for effective time management Can resolve problems through to completion resolution in a timely and effective manner Ability to motivate and lead others to meet the departmental KPI's.
