Additional information can be found at:www.chubb.com Your Role This role is dedicated to delivering exceptional, timely service to brokers, all clients – including high net worth individuals, providing expert guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will ensure seamless appointment management, clear and proactive communication, and efficient workflow coordination within service level agreements (SLAs). As the role evolves, the individual will expand their responsibilities to provide comprehensive concierge-style support, including policy document management and claims status updates, further enhancing the client experience for our high net worth clientele. Your Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries via phone, email, and other channels, ensuring a positive first impression. Communicate clearly and empathetically with clients and brokers to understand their needs and deliver accurate information and solutions. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues, ensuring a seamless and efficient service experience. Prepare and send professional written correspondence as required. Strive for first contact resolution (FCR) and manage workflow within established SLAs. De-escalate challenging situations with professionalism, patience, and empathy, maintaining a positive customer experience. Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments for insurance appraisals, optimizing calendars and resources for both clients and the appraisal team. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all appointments and interactions in the CRM/database Follow up with clients and stakeholders to confirm appointments, provide reminders, and gather necessary information. Efficiently handle appointment changes, cancellations, and rescheduling requests.
