Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contracts Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will manage brokered services contracts and contractor relationships within the Support at Home program. You’ll ensure compliance with organisational policies, funding requirements, and legislative frameworks, while supporting timely, high-quality service delivery to older Australians. Key Responsibilities Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate brokered service contracts; maintain accurate records; monitor performance and compliance; manage renewals and variations. Contractor Engagement & Oversight: Support onboarding, verify credentials, act as primary contact, monitor KPIs, and resolve issues. Financial & Reporting Duties: Track expenditure, process invoices, and provide regular performance reports. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to the Aged Care Act 2024 and program guidelines; mitigate risks; support audits. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and liaise with external contractors and regulators to ensure smooth service delivery. Desired Skills and Experience About You Strong knowledge of contract law, procurement, and compliance frameworks. Experience in contract administration (aged care, health, or community services preferred). Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and negotiation abilities. Proficiency in contract management systems and Microsoft Office. Qualifications & Experience Tertiary qualification in business, law, contract management, or related field (desirable). Demonstrated experience in contract administration roles. Knowledge of aged care sector requirements and Support at Home program (advantageous) This role requires travelling to other locations.
