We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Team Leader, Student Service Delivery to guide our frontline service teams and contribute to delivering seamless, student-centred support across the university. About the Role The Team Leader, Student Service Delivery provides day-to-day leadership for frontline service staff, ensuring students receive timely, accurate and consistent support across phone, in-person and digital channels. In this role, you will support staff capability, drive service quality, and contribute to service innovation projects that enhance the student experience. You will also act as a primary contact point for faculties and key partner units, promoting productive collaboration and ensuring our services remain connected, accessible and responsive to student needs. About You You are an experienced service leader who is passionate about supporting students and developing capable, confident teams. You bring: A combination of relevant professional experience and/or tertiary qualifications. Experience leading service teams in high-volume, multi-channel environments, ideally within higher education or a similar complex setting. Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability in staff coaching, workforce planning and performance management. Understanding of service delivery systems, triage processes and the importance of student-centred, consistent service delivery. Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and contribute to the effective coordination of shared service spaces.
