Description Shared Services Division Permanent/continuing, full-time appointment Level 5: $84,002 - $94,998 17% superannuation The Shared Services Division plays a critical role in supporting the university’s strategic and operational objectives by delivering high-quality, efficient, and customer-focused administrative services across the institution. Operating within a complex and evolving higher education landscape, the division is designed to streamline processes, reduce duplication, and enable academic and professional areas to focus on core teaching, research, and engagement activities. The Shared Services Officer provides high-level support for the development of administrative procedures, processes and guidelines to ensure the division can deliver on its purpose and provide an integrated solution to enable effective service delivery in key functional areas. The role will also provide support to the Director of Shared Services as needed. This role ensures the smooth operation of executive functions, supports strategic initiatives, process improvements and facilitates communication across university departments.
