Lead the management of a 13-storey office and retail asset in the CBD Core Precinct, an iconic freehold property with exceptional visibility and prestige. Oversee 20,150 sqm of premium net lettable area and a diverse tenant portfolio. Who we’re looking for? Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial property management, preferably managing premium CBD assets. Real Estate Qualification (mandatory) Demonstrated expertise in large-scale capital works projects, with a proven ability to deliver complex initiatives. Strong strategic capability to reposition assets and drive long-term value creation. Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the confidence to operate at a senior level. The role Manage an iconic A-grade commercial asset in Sydney CBD, overseeing day-to-day operations and tenant relationships. Lead large-scale capital works projects and implement strategies to reposition the property for future growth.
