Extensive experience in retail / commercial property management, asset management, or account leadership with mixed use portfolio. Relevant tertiary qualifications in Property, Business, Commerce, or related fields are highly desirable. Must hold Class 3 Assistant Agent or willing to obtain this immediately. Strong financial and commercial acumen, with a proven ability to manage large budgets, monitor outgoings, and achieve measurable business results. Comfortable with regular domestic travel to oversee a geographically dispersed portfolio. The role One of our respected property group clients with a growing retail portfolio across Australia are seeking an experienced Account Director to lead the management of a mixed used commercial retail portfolio across four states. Key Responsibilities Lead the strategic and operational management of a national mixed-use property portfolio across four states. Drive financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, and compliance with audit processes. Oversee procurement and tendering for essential services, ensuring quality and cost efficiency. Maintain property compliance and implement quality initiatives. Build strong tenant and stakeholder relationships to enhance engagement and retention. Manage client relationships and deliver agreed service outcomes. Provide leadership and development to a team of 6 direct reports. Partner with clients to align property strategies with business objectives. Ensure adherence to regulatory, operational, and risk management frameworks.
