They are seeking an ambitious Assistant Development Manager to join their growing team. About the Role As an Assistant Development Manager, you’ll support the end-to-end delivery of development projects. You’ll assist with feasibility analysis, design coordination, stakeholder engagement, and project execution. Key Responsibilities Assist in managing development projects from concept through to completion. Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and financial modelling. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery. Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders. Support compliance with planning, regulatory, and environmental requirements. About You Experience as an ADM with mixed use or residential projects. Degree-qualified in Property, Construction, or a related discipline. Strong analytical and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
