Lead a team of 7 finance professionals and work flexibly from the office or home. The Role As Finance Manager, your main responsibility of this position is to provide financial support and analysis across a national retail portfolio, ensuring that appropriate, reporting, review and governance is in place and managing a team of 7. Key Responsibilities Review and analyse financial results, providing expert commentary and recommendations. Lead month-end reporting, including accruals, IFRS adjustments, and variance analysis. Coordinate annual budgets, forecasts, and property outgoings reconciliation. Maintain accurate property and tenant database records Providing mentoring, coaching to our existing team of 7. Who we’re looking for? CA/CPA qualification (essential). Significant property accounting experience within a major property group in a retail portfolio (minimum 5 years). Strong understanding of the property industry and trust legislations. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with MRI software (preferred). Proven ability to lead teams, manage complex portfolios, and deliver results under pressure.
