Full time ongoing hours with view to permanent employment Pay rate $53.64/hr with penalty rates for overtime 9 Day fortnight, 6am to 2.30pm Mon - Fri Immediate start available Will need to pass pre-employment medical DUTIES INCLUDE: Chassis construction and vehicle body building Fabrication of steel modules Cutting, grinding and preparation for fitment Use of high-tech cutting equipment Modifications to drawing specifications SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Trade Qualification – Boilermaker or Coach builder Oxyacetylene and plasma cutting knowledge Mig, stainless steel and aluminum welding skills Ability to read and interpret drawings Prior use of hand tools, flame cutting torches, metal cutting machines and grinders etc. PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES TO BE SUCCESSFUL: Be punctual, reliable and committed Good communication skills and work ethic Able to follow instructions and work autonomously Strong safety focus and quality control care Excellent attention to detail In return, you will be provided with a safe working environment and multiple opportunities for development and training to improve & hone your skills, as well as a positive work atmosphere that’s inclusive and respectful.
