About the role As a Site Supervisor you will oversee the construction of up 30 homes in the one estate, ensuring homes are built timely, efficiently and cost effectively. Monday to Friday role 6.30m - 3 pm Key Responsibilities for the role Oversee up to 30 residential projects concurrently, from groundworks through to handover Ensure exceptional standards of quality and performance across all subcontractors and trades Implement and monitor programs for site activities and control methods Undertake daily inspections of building work to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, regulations and that proper techniques and materials are been used Build strong relationships with clients and subcontractors, driving projects to stay on time and on budget Uphold strict Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) compliance on every site Skills & experience Minimum 2 - 5 years' experience in a Volume Home Builder role QBCC Site Supervisor licence - minimum low rise Strong communicator Positive attitude * Passion for delivering quality homes and leading talented teams Benefits A supportive team environment, A generous package of $120 -$130k plus Super, vehicle, fuel card and bonus structure.
