About the Role You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations and presentation of three neighbourhood retail centres. Working closely with Centre Management and service providers, you’ll ensure all sites are compliant, safe, well-maintained and delivering a great experience for tenants and customers. Key Responsibilities • Manage all operational services, maintenance and compliance across three centres • Lead repairs & maintenance budgets, forecasting and monthly P&L reviews • Oversee contractors, service agreements and performance reviews • Coordinate essential services testing, WHS inspections and risk management • Respond to incidents, safety concerns and urgent works across the portfolio • Maintain strong relationships with tenants, service providers and centre teams • Identify opportunities to improve asset presentation, reduce costs and enhance sustainability Skills and experience required for this role • Experience in retail, property or facilities operations (multi-site preferred) • Strong WHS, compliance and building operations background • Confidence managing budgets, contracts and contractor performance • Strong communication, stakeholder and problem-solving skills • Ability to juggle competing priorities across multiple sites • A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach Benefits • Multi-site role | Growing property group • Real influence over operational standards and continuous improvement • Work direct for the landlord | Free on-site parking How to apply Apply now or get in touch with Marton Volep or Samantha Sergiacomi on 0422 873 790 or ssergiacomi@iconicrecruit.com.au for a confidential discussion.
