Rigger - Join Our Team! Saunders International Competitive rates About the Role We're looking for a hands-on Trades Assistant/Rigger to join our tight-knit crew. If you're someone who takes pride in doing the job right, can work safely with a team, and wants to be part of quality projects, we'd love to hear from you. You'll be supporting our tradespeople and handling rigging operations. No two days are the same – you might be working on tank fabrication, moving heavy loads through tight spaces, or helping get projects across the line on time. What You'll Be Doing Rigging operations – inspecting, setting up, and safely moving loads Supporting trades teams (boilermakers, welders, scaffolders) to keep projects running smoothly Equipment prep, maintenance, and housekeeping Working at heights, in confined spaces, and on different types of sites Being an extra set of hands wherever the team needs you What You'll Need Must-haves: White Card (General WHS Induction) Basic Rigging license (HRW – RB) Work at Heights ticket (RIIWHS204E) Confined Space ticket (RIIWHS202E) Experience using hand tools and power tools safely Team player attitude and strong safety mindset Bonus points for: Intermediate or Advanced Rigging license Why Work With Us?
