About the Role Reporting to the Senior Legal Counsel – Corporate and Funds, this Permanent Part-Time role will provide secretariat and corporate governance advisory services to the Board and internal stakeholders, ensuring compliance with statutory obligations and ASX Listing Rules. FTE salary range for this role will be $180k - $200k inclusive of superannuation. Key Responsibilities: Advise the Board and senior leaders on governance, directors’ duties, and disclosure obligations. Coordinate Board and Committee meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, and manage statutory filings. Engage with regulators, investors, and industry bodies; oversee shareholder communications and AGMs. Maintain statutory registers and ensure compliance with the Corporations Act, ASX Listing Rules, and internal policies. Qualifications & Experience: Tertiary qualification in Law or Governance. Governance Institute of Australia or Australian Institute of Company Directors course completion Experience with ASX-listed entities and Board processes. Strong knowledge of the Corporations Act, ASX Listing Rules, and other relevant regulatory frameworks (ASIC, AFSL) governance best practices.
